Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Coastal Modeler with a strong background in hydrodynamic modelling to support our coastal projects. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in coastal modelling, specifically with Delft 3D and TELEMAC systems, and will play a crucial role in our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute hydrodynamic models.
Analyze and interpret model results, providing insights and recommendations for coastal management and development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including costal and structure engineers, to address complex coastal issues.
Stay current with advancements in coastal modelling techniques and technologies.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in coastal modelling.

Proficient in hydrodynamic modelling using Delft 3D and TELEMAC 2D and 3D.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Degree in Coastal Engineering or Oceanography

Preferred Skills :

Experience with additional modelling software and tools related to coastal processes such as Mike 21, ARTEMIS or TOMOWAC.

Knowledge of sediment and thermal plume modelling and oil spill modelling.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and environmental impact assessments.
