About the Internship
As an intern, your daily responsibilities will include :
- Gaining a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Researching innovative methods to connect with potential job seekers.
- Updating and maintaining internal databases with new candidate information.
- Sourcing applicants through social media campaigns, job portals, and referrals.
- Screening resumes and application forms to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with shortlisted candidates.
