Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Architect to join our Baner (Pune) team and contribute to diverse projects across residential, commercial, and multi-functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.

Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their needs into design solutions.

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specification schedules.

Create 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.

Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and construction practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of materials, and construction practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.

Team player with a detail-oriented approach.
