We are seeking a talented and dedicated Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Multithreading who can contribute to critical application and product development projects.

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-throughput end-user applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Java-based backend solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
  • Maintain and enhance existing APIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
  • Contribute to critical application and product development projects with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of existing APIs and proficiency in database management, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in software, system, and test engineering
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, and Restful web services
  • Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, design principles, and implementation of different types of design patterns
  • Extensive experience in Java EE platforms, Spring Boot, and Multithreading
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
  • Hands-on experience in Core Java concepts, Java 8 features, and database management, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL
  • Experience with messaging tools such as Kafka, MQ, and Rabbit MQ, as well as proficiency in CI / CD
  • Proficiency in JUnit
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
