Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive / Sr. Pastry Chef at Kofteci Foodkrafts, located in Bengaluru. Looking for a Dessert Specialist with strong knowledge of cheesecake and chocolate preparation. The candidate must have experience working under an R&D team, contributing to product development, recipe trials, and dessert innovation while ensuring high quality and consistency.

Qualifications

Should have contributed to creating, testing, and refining dessert recipes in an R&D environment.

Must be capable of developing innovative cheesecake and chocolate-based products aligned with brand standards.

Ability to document recipes, conduct trials, and ensure consistency during scale-up.

Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory and team supervision

Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations

Ability to design and create unique recipes, with expertise in Turkish and Ottoman-inspired desserts

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple operations efficiently

A professional culinary certification or degree is preferred

Prior experience in a premium pastry / cuisine establishment is highly desirable
