Location : New Delhi / Gurgaon (on-site)

Experience : 5+ years (strong production-level expertise)

Type : Full-time (in current New Delhi office)

We are expanding our core engineering team and are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who can own, architect, and scale complex systems with confidence.

What you will do

  • Architect, design, and optimize robust, scalable, and secure backend APIs using Node.js & Express.js .
  • Work extensively with Sequelize ORM , PostgreSQL , and Cloud Platforms (GCP / AWS) .
  • Build and manage multi-tenant, multi-region, high-availability systems .
  • Collaborate closely with the DevOps, Frontend, and AI / ML teams to ensure smooth CI / CD and production performance.
  • Lead backend code reviews, refactoring, and implement best practices in caching, logging, and error handling.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines , analytics endpoints, and API-driven architecture for dashboards.
  • Participate in architectural discussions to integrate AI / ML microservices into backend systems.

Tech Stack preferred

  • Languages : Node.js, TypeScript (bonus), Python (for ML integrations)
  • Frameworks : Express.js, Fastify (optional)
  • Database : PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase
  • ORM : Sequelize
  • Cloud & Infra : GCP, AWS, Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI / CD
  • Monitoring & Security : Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudflare, JWT, RBAC
  • Bonus : Knowledge of AI / ML pipelines , microservices, or serverless architecture

    • Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally with production-grade SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Strong experience with SQL optimization , ORM architecture , and API scalability .
  • Comfortable working with CI / CD pipelines , cloud deployments , and containerized apps .
  • Passionate about clean code , maintainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communicator, team player, and proactive problem solver.
  • AI / ML or data-driven system experience is a strong plus .
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
