The successful candidate shall be placed at Pune Location . It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work. GenAI expertise, 2 to 4-year experience. IC expertise is good to have. Willing to work on a 12 months (extendable) contract may apply.

Overview :

We are seeking a GenAI professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to support healthcare incentive compensation (IC) use case s. The ideal candidate will apply AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and deliver data-driven insights for business stakeholders .

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and implement Incentive Compensation (IC) use cases using our in-house GenAI platform .
• Collaborate with business teams to understand IC requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions .
• Work with the in-house GenAI tool to set up data, configure prompts and pipelines , and fine-tune functions based on results.
• Test, validate, and optimize AI outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with healthcare business needs.
