Brandsquare, LLC is looking for Junior Operations Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

Brandsquare, LLC is hiring a Junior Operations Executive to help our teams stay organized and keep our systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Support

  • Handle day to day operations and administrative tasks
  • Support team members with their daily work and small follow ups
  • Update task sheets, trackers and reports on time
  • Maintain attendance records and ensure all check-ins are completed
  • Share quick updates between Sales, Product and Marketing teams
  • Keep internal trackers, sheets and documents properly maintained

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Share updates across teams and maintain smooth internal communication
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve small blockers
  • Assist team members whenever they need operational support
  • Help during internal events by coordinating with the right team
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful and professional relationship with all departments

    • 3. Program & Office Management

  • Keep meeting rooms, work areas and shared spaces clean and ready
  • Assist in arranging internal programs, meetings and team activities
  • Help with onboarding new team members including desk setup and access
  • Monitor snack corner, water supply, kitchen items and office utilities
  • Manage office inventory and restock items when needed
  • Keep inventory shelves, storage areas and logs clean and organized
  • Raise purchase requests and follow the approval process properly
  • Purchase items required for daily office operations when approved

    • 4. Reporting & Admin Support

  • Prepare simple daily and weekly operational reports
  • Share structured updates with the Operations Manager
  • Identify small operational issues and report or suggest improvements
  • Assist with documentation, filing and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate data entry across all internal systems and sheets

    Puran Thana, Kishoreaganj Sadar, Kishoreganj

    Important Note :

    This role is fully onsite and requires working from our Kishoreganj Sadar office. Remote work is not available. Please apply only if you can be present in the office full time.

    Office Hours :

    10 AM to 6 PM (8 Hours / 6 Day)

    Requirements :

  • Basic experience in operations or administrative work is preferred
  • Ability to use ChatGPT for research, reporting and problem solving
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools and internal technologies quickly
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
  • Strong attention to detail with disciplined follow up habits
  • Confidence in using spreadsheets, trackers and basic software
  • A friendly and responsible mindset with a willingness to help the team

  • Bachelor / Honors
  • Skills Required : Administration, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management / Co-ordinator, Executive Assistant, HR Operation, Senior Management

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Software Company

    • Additional Requirements
