Shift Manager

Job Description :

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations during the assigned shift.

Ensure timely receiving picking packing and dispatch of orders.

Plan manpower deployment and maintain shift rosters.

Monitor productivity order accuracy and turnaround time.

Lead and supervise warehouse associates and supervisors.

Ensure adherence to SOPs safety and compliance standards.

Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth flow.

Handle operational issues and resolve shift-level escalations.

Track daily performance metrics and prepare shift reports.

Drive continuous improvement to meet service level targets.
