Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end configuration, customization, and integration of OFS solutions to support our enterprise clients field service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and manage various components of Oracle Field Service Cloud, including profiles, permissions, business rules, routing, work schedules, mobility features, and smart collaboration tools.
  • Develop and implement custom OFS Plugins and Forms to meet specific business requirements.
  • Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity during transitions.
  • Design and deliver reports and dashboards using OFS reporting tools.
  • Integrate OFS with other systems using SOAP and RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable OFS solutions.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within OFS configurations, integrations, and custom components.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Proven techno-functional experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA), with the ability to work across both technical and business domains.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring OFS components, including profiles, permissions, business rules, routing, work schedules, mobility, smart collaboration, reporting, and data migration.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing OFS Plugins and Forms is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit), and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Strong understanding of web services and integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, and WS-Security.
  • Solid knowledge of the OFS Data Model, with the ability to navigate and utilize it effectively in solution design.
