Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager with strong expertise in influencer partnerships, negotiation, and campaign management within the beauty & skincare industry. You will be leading end-to-end influencer campaigns, collaborating with creators, and driving brand growth through impactful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build & maintain long-term influencer relationships
• Execute & monitor influencer marketing campaigns
• Negotiate contracts & manage influencer budgets
• Stay updated with latest social media & beauty trends
• Collaborate on authentic content creation
• Track performance & report ROI

What We're Looking For :

✨ 5+ years' experience in influencer marketing (preferably beauty / skincare)

✨ Strong negotiation, communication & project management skills

✨ Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & social media trends

✨ Proven success in micro, macro & mega influencer collaborations

✨ Creative, trend-savvy, and a strong relationship builder
