We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic  Operations Manager  to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments while upholding Kyra’s ethos of wellness, warmth, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage resort operations including front office, housekeeping, spa, F&B, and guest services.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest experience aligned with Kyra’s wellness philosophy.
• Coordinate with the hospitality, wellness, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance to build a motivated, efficient team.
• Handle guest feedback, operational challenges, and on-ground issues with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with management on budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Support marketing and event coordination activities related to wellness retreats and guest experiences.
