About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on classroom experience and a deep understanding of Montessori principles, fostering a nurturing, creative, and child-cantered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teachers can tailor lessons to individual needs and guide children in their learning journey.
• Guide children in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development following Montessori methods.
• Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and learning outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall school mission and culture.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom.
