We’re hiring a Finance Executive to join our team at Fullscoop — a full-time, on-site role based in Indore . You’ll work closely with the Founder and internal teams to manage financial operations, ensure smooth cash flow, and maintain accuracy across all accounting and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities 💎

1. Invoicing & Client Coordination

Prepare, verify, and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.
Follow up for pending payments and maintain professional client communication.

2. Bank & Account Reconciliation

Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.

Track receipts, payments, and ensure accurate accounting entries.

3. Cash Flow & Expense Management

Monitor cash inflows / outflows and ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.

4. Taxation & Compliance

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and payments.

Coordinate with CA for audits, financial statements, and year-end filings.

5. Agreements & Contracts

Prepare and manage agreements / contracts after understanding the scope of services from both agency and client teams.

Ensure all terms are accurate, compliant, and completed through to final signing benchmarks.

6. Payroll & Statutory Deductions

Support HR in salary processing and ensure timely PF, ESIC, and professional tax payments.

7. Financial Reporting & MIS

Maintain dashboards and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

8. Coordination with CA / CS / Bankers

Liaise with consultants, auditors, and banking partners for smooth operations.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.

👤 Who You Are

Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance / Accounting / Commerce

2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations

Proficient in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel

Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with strong ownership skills
