About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, infrastructure maintenance, and event management. You will ensure our workspace runs efficiently, creating a productive and seamless environment for all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Administration, Infrastructure & Facilities Management systems.
- Manage front office, housekeeping, security, catering, and event coordination .
- Maintain and optimize office budgets, expense reports, and operational performance.
- Handle building maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate in-house and external events , ensuring smooth execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical and operational insights.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar operations role.Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Skills Required
