Senior Executive - GTM

Job Title : Marketing Executive - Go To Market

Location : Gurugram

Experience : Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with digital agencies for campaigns, creatives, and performance tracking.

Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, events, and promotions.

Support sales teams with field activations and lead-generation initiatives.

Manage customer journey touchpoints, gather feedback, and support retention activities.

Assist in GTM execution across digital, field, and customer experience functions.

Track campaign KPIs, analyze results, and share performance reports.

Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in marketing (digital, field, or CX).

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Basic understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
