Job Description :

Required Min 3 to 8 Yrs Experience in Social Media Brand Marketing

To Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.

To Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize strategies and content

Have to Produce engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and reflects the brand's voice

Should boost a company’s profile on all active social platforms by increasing their followers and the amount of engagement (likes, comments, shares) they receive.

Have to respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community, and building relationships with followers

Planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer collaborations.

Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and website traffic to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

To Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels

Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices

You may be expected to develop written or visual posts to achieve both.

Key Skills :

Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.

Understanding of marketing principles and how social media fits into the overall marketing mix.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with audiences and stakeholders.

Ability to analyse social media data and draw actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Ability to develop fresh and innovative social media content and strategies.
