Position : QA / QC Engineer – Civil / MEP (Residential, Interior & Finishing Works)

Location : Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Reporting To : Project Manager / Client / PMC Head

Role Overview

The QA / QC Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and control systems for civil, MEP, interior, and finishing works.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA / QC systems, standards, and procedures.
  • Participate in design reviews to integrate quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with PMC team to perform audits and validate contractor QA / QC.
  • Review contractor QA / QC plans, ITPs, and documentation.
  • Verify quality of structural, MEP, and finishing works.
  • Conduct mock-up inspections and ensure approvals before execution.
  • Issue NCRs and track closure.
  • Perform incremental checks and QC walk-downs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects.
  • Provide quality training for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Collect and analyze quality inspection data for reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (QA / QC specialization preferred).
  • 7–10 years of QA / QC experience in civil, MEP, and finishing works.
