Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Operations

Performance Leather | Vaniyambadi, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid)

Performance Leather, a 4th-generation tannery serving global glove, footwear, and leather goods brands, is building its go-to-market engine. We're hiring an SDR to execute outbound campaigns and manage lead generation infrastructure.

What you'll do :

Outbound Infrastructure (30%)

• Set up and manage email domains, inboxes, and DNS configuration
• Run warm-up sequences and maintain sender reputation
• Monitor deliverability across multiple domains

Campaign Execution (40%)

Research & Data (30%)

Tools you'll use :

CRM, sales intelligence platforms, lead generation tools, Notion, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

What we're looking for :

Compensation :

₹35,000-40,000 / month base + performance commission

Work model :

Hybrid – 2 days / week at Vaniyambadi plant, remote otherwise (from bangalore)
