Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder’s Office , working directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a product management background who wants to transition into business strategy, growth, and execution . You’ll act as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals — shaping decisions that directly impact client’s growth journey.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs.
- Own end-to-end problem statements — from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions.
- Utilize your product mindset to bring structured thinking and data-driven decision-making to complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
- Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities.
- Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of Product Management experience (or equivalent role with product exposure).Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments .Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
