Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Operations Executive to oversee Rentkar’s day-to-day order delivery operations across Mumbai. You’ll manage dispatches, pickups, reverse logistics, and ensure customers receive their gadgets on time and in top condition. This role demands strong coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management with delivery partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order deliveries and pickups across Mumbai and nearby regions.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, drivers, and internal teams for smooth last-mile operations .
• Handle delivery scheduling, tracking, and exceptions (delays, reschedules, failed deliveries).
• Ensure timely collections of returned products and verify product condition.
• Maintain inventory movement records — from warehouse dispatch to return reconciliation.
• Address customer queries related to delivery, pickup, or delays with professionalism and empathy .
• Oversee packaging quality, transit safety, and product readiness for deliveries.
• Manage daily operations reports (delivered orders, pending pickups, exceptions, delays).
• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly .
• Assist with route planning and cost optimization for efficient logistics.
