Travel Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their travel requirements, designing customized travel itineraries, and providing detailed consultations. The role includes managing bookings for accommodations, activities, and transportation, and assisting customers with pre- and post-travel support. Building long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction will be a key focus, alongside meeting sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote travel packages and close deals

Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences

Ability to create customized and appealing travel itineraries tailored to client needs

Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including accommodations and activities

Time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries and bookings efficiently

Proficiency in using booking platforms or relevant travel software

Passion for travel and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is a plus
