Job descriptionBachelor’s in Computer Science, CIS, or related field Experience in software development (Web / Mobile / Enterprise Applications) - Mandatory 2+ years in a technical leadership role - Mandatory Strong experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and enterprise-level solutions Experience in systems analysis, IT consulting, vendor management Knowledge of ERP, PeopleSoft, BI / Analytics, EDI / B2B integrations Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cloud-based development Supervisory experience & interaction with senior leadership

We’re looking for a Manager – IT Application Engineering to join our team and take ownership of delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-based enterprise applications.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and mentor technical teams through the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and vendors to design and deliver robust solutions
- Drive DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall practices to deliver high-volume, multi-channel applications
- Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation, and company standards
