Job Title : Community Manager

Role :

  • Build, manage, and scale the student ambassador community on Whatsapp, IG Community and Offline.
  • Plan and execute ambassador activities : property reviews, testimonials, visits, UGC content for social and ads, and on-ground engagements / events.
  • Organize monthly catchups, challenges, and gamified activities to keep the community buzzing and connected.
  • Drive consistent community nurturing and engagement to foster long-term participation.
  • Scout, onboard, and grow a social content ambassadors community across UK and US Cities.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers for brand campaigns.
  • Oversee operational and administrative tasks with organized execution and reporting.
  • Track ambassador activity, content performance, and engagement to identify top performers, rewarding them with incentives, bonuses, or spotlight features.

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years proven experience in building, managing and growing Communities with at least 4-5k active members (preferably in international markets)
  • Strong background in ambassador / influencer management and community-led marketing.
  • Experience driving community activities for marketing objectives.
  • Ability to scout, onboard, and scale ambassador and influencer networks.
  • Excellent organizational and operational management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with student / youth communities and content-driven growth is a strong plus.
