Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Conceptual

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to design bespoke event experiences aligned with our luxury brand.

Contribute to event package development and promotional strategies.

Analyze client feedback and event outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Operational

Manage event documentation and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Coordinate logistics : room setups, AV, menus, staffing, and more.

Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning for events.

Interpersonal

Build strong client relationships with personalized service and attention to detail.

Foster seamless collaboration across departments.

Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking

For

Education : Degree in Hotel Management or related field

Experience : Minimum 1 year in F&B or sales operations, with hands-on event coordination in luxury hospitality

Skills :

Event detailing & BEO preparation

Client relationship management

Cross-functional collaboration

Time & resource management

Strong communication & presentation
