Job description3–5 years of professional backend development experience. Proven ability to design and ship production APIs. Clear communicator who can explain technical choices with ease. Team-first, collaborative, and focused on solutions. Familiarity with React.js to better align with the team. Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). $2,000–$2,200 / month (slight flex for top candidates). Long-term stability, growth opportunities as the team expands. 100% Remote forever.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain backend services in Python + Flask .
- Lead integrations with APIs (including OpenAI).
- Collaborate closely with frontend and product teammates to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and efficient .
