About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to support the technology & solutions team on proactive proposal creation for new sales. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Banking and Payments, along with hands-on experience in Cloud and AI solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to design and present innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead solution design and architecture for proactive proposals in new sales engagements. Lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals that align with client business goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in Cloud and AI to incorporate into solution offerings.
  • Support client meetings and workshops to articulate value propositions and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, define win themes, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

Skills & Experience Required :

  • 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or related roles.
  • Strong domain expertise in Banking and Payments.
  • Proven experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or in any related field.
