Senior Application Developer

You'll develop tools and applications for our global commercial business, working with Java, Python and SQL. You'll have experience with Salesforce.com or proposal automation tools.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, own tools and processes, and contribute to business growth and margin targets.

You'll analyze data to drive new business creation and manage to margin targets.

You'll design, develop and maintain applications, ensuring code quality and security, and participate in code reviews and testing.

This is an individual contributor role with some oversight, requiring excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop and maintain applications using Java, Python and SQL.
• Work on Salesforce.com or other proposal automation tools to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security and performance through best practices.
• Must-Have Skills :
• 4+ years of experience analyzing data, strong experience in Java, Python and SQL, hands-on experience in application development and deployment.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, comfortable managing and analyzing large data sets through statistical techniques.
• Preferred Skills :
• Experience with Salesforce.com or proposal automation tools, exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact.
