Job Designation : Team Lead

Location : PAN India

Job Function : Technical

Experience : 8-10 years

Eligibility Criteria :

  • B.E / B.Tech
  • Experience 8-10 years

Basic Skills Required :

  • Excellent team spirit & team handling skills with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
  • Excellent and recent Nokia / Huawei & Ericsson product knowledge

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Daily level KPI optimization for GSM & LTE for any OEM / s
  • Fetching of KPI reports from OSS
  • Post processing of this data in Acceptance Test format
  • Knowledge of Soft optimization including counters and parameters
  • Knowledge of Physical optimization
  • Execution of Golden Parameters list, Baseline parameters and its audit
  • Daily management of all RF related activities
  • Ensuring timely completion and meeting of various TATs like performance AT TAT etc
  • Daily Interaction with customer of status updates
