We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead capability-building and talent development initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Retail L&D, with proven expertise in designing impactful learning frameworks and driving performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end L&D strategies and training programs.

Identify skill gaps and create targeted development interventions.

Partner with Business & HR Leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously refine learning outcomes.

Lead facilitation, training delivery, and capability development projects across teams.

Requirements

9–18 years of experience in Learning & Development (Retail / Beauty / Hospitality Preferred).

Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale learning initiatives.

Compensation

💰 CTC : Up to ₹30 LPA
