About the Role
We are seeking an ESG Tech Specialist to support the delivery and execution of ESG SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and project management capabilities, along with a deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability principles. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and product functions to ensure seamless service delivery, client onboarding, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of ESG SaaS products and services, ensuring superior client experience and timely execution
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders including product, technical, and support teams
- Training managing junior resources and conducting product demos.
- Monitor project schedules, key milestones, and service timelines to ensure alignment with business goals
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery metrics
- Drive service quality by identifying gaps, implementing process improvements, and resolving issues
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth and timely onboarding, contributing to revenue realization
- Support post-onboarding client queries, working closely with Product, Support, and Account Management teams
- Contribute to product enhancement efforts based on client feedback and business needs
- Provide operational support to cross-functional teams including Research, Product, and Delivery
- Assist in the creation of client proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring consistent service and attention
Required Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in ESG consulting or working with ESG SaaS-based solutions, preferably in technology consulting firmsSound knowledge of ESG concepts, sustainability principles, GHG accounting, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, CSRD, SECR)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred)Demonstrated experience working with international clients across geographiesProven ability to manage and execute SaaS deployments and enterprise-level implementationsStrong project management skills, including familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS ProjectAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative and independent work ethic in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
