Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

- Able to translate HR / Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle execution is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
Preferred Skills :
Global merit cycles with regional variations can be managed by the ideal candidate.Workday HCM Core knowledge is a requirement.Workday certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation is preferred.BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday can be handled by the ideal candidate.
