Job Summary :

We are looking for a Medical advisor to support our

sales, product development, and marketing teams

with expert knowledge in

dermatology and pharmaceuticals

• . The ideal candidate will be proficient in

medical content research, writing, and training

, while actively contributing to

market research, product strategy, and brand development

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Industry Analysis

Conduct

offline and online research

on national and international trends.

Assess domestic market potential to support

product development, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives

Product Development & Strategy

Assist in

ingredient selection

, label design, and packaging input.

Provide strategic recommendations for

new product innovations

based on market insights.

Marketing Content & Brand Positioning

Develop

medical content

for social media, advertisements, and sales materials.

Support research for

educational and promotional content

that aligns with marketing objectives.

Product Training & Sales Support

Deliver

comprehensive product training

for the sales team, ensuring a deep understanding of medical terminology.

Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep teams updated on

product communication, industry trends, and new developments

Respond to

market queries and online inquiries

regarding product specifics.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work with

Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

and healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback.

Support the

sales team

in identifying innovations and market challenges to develop effective sales collateral.

Additional Expectations

Willingness to travel

nationally and internationally for industry events without any complexity to research, and product development.

Availability to respond to urgent matters

beyond standard working hours

when required.

Maintain

professional behavior, teamwork, and respect

for all colleagues, regardless of hierarchy.

Strong

file and data management skills

to organize medical and marketing materials effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

in Pharmacy, Dentistry (BDS), Ayurveda (BAMS), or Homeopathy (BHMS).

PMT or product management roles
