GEN AI Technical Lead

Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced GEN AI Technical Lead to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and will be responsible for leading a team to develop innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced AI techniques.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and apply them to improve existing systems.
Conduct research and experimentation to innovate and enhance Generative AI capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications :

12-15 years of experience in AI / ML development with a focus on Generative AI technologies.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
