Job Title : Team Leader – Accounts & Finance

Location : Surat

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : 8–10 years (including 2+ years in a supervisory role)

Role Summary

Responsible for leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, MIS reporting,

budgeting, and providing insights for management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, General Ledger).

 Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.

 Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

 Coordinate audits (statutory, internal, tax).

 Lead and mentor the finance team for accuracy and efficiency.

 Drive process improvements, internal controls, and automation.

Key Skills

 Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and taxation.

 Proficiency in Tally / SAP or similar accounting software.

 Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

 High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
