Job Description :
We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters – IT / Non-IT to join our dynamic team in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in building a rewarding career in international recruitment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles.
- Source qualified candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, technical compatibility, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through the hiring lifecycle.
- Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with Account Managers and senior recruiters to ensure timely closures.
