Job Purpose :
To drive the growth of Aditya Birla Money's institutional business by acquiring new Institutional clients through enplanement leads, converting these opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships. The role ensures seamless onboarding, delivers exceptional client service and nurtures strong, lasting relationships with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. New Institutional Clients enplanement - Drive new client enplanement by identifying, acquiring and converting institutional prospects into long-term partnerships. Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients to enhance engagement & retention.
2. Existing Institutional Client relationship - Maintain and deepen long-term partnerships with existing institutional clients by understanding their investment objectives and evolving needs.
3. To reactivate dormant Institutions - To engage and revive inactive / dormant Institutions with order flow / brokerage. To continuously interact with the institutions with Research reports, new ideas and offerings.
