Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to handle accounting operations, GST / TDS compliance, ITR working, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, be capable of working independently, and possess prior experience in a CA firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations.

Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.

Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly MIS reports.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and ITR filing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Prior experience in a CA firm will be highly preferred.

Experience with Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
