We are Hiring : Oracle EPM Functional Consultant (PBCS) | 8+ Years | Remote (India)| 6 month contract or Full-Time

📍 Location : Remote (India)

📅 Contract : 6 Months (Extendable, with potential conversion to FTE), can consider Full-time as well for strong canddiates.

🧠 Experience : 8–15 Years

Are you an Oracle EPM / Finance Functional Consultant with proven expertise in PBCS and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ? If yes, this role is for you!

This is a full-time remote contract role , with the opportunity to extend and potentially convert into a permanent role.

👉 Please note : We are specifically looking for a functional consultant with strong domain knowledge, a solid understanding of financial and business processes, and hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM (especially PBCS). This role is not suited for technical consultants.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Configure & implement Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) modules (Planning, PBCS – must be expert level ).
  • Drive FP&A : budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
  • Basic Knowledge of FCCS & ARCS preferred.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and run workshops.
  • Lead testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

✅ Desired ProfileMust-h

    • ave : Min. 5+ years of Hands-on experience in EPM tools (PBCS, EPBCS etc)

  • 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), close, and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud / EBS).
  • Proficiency with reporting tools : Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an offshore / remote setup.

    • 💡 Preferred Skills

  • MBA Finance, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Oracle certifications (EPM / Financials).
  • Industry exposure : Manufacturing, Energy, or Services.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi, Informatica).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Knowldge of EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAC is a plus but not mandatory

    • ⏱ Work Timings :

  • Flexibility to align with US business hours for around 2-3 hours
  • Availability during key milestone meetings, Co-ordination with Onsite / client

  • ✅ Immediate joiners or max 30 days' notice period preferre
  • 🕒 This is a full-time contract role (not part-time or hourly)
