About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our clients' digital growth charter across all online channels. This role is critical in shaping the brand's customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategy through performance-led marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in scaling D2C brands, managing large digital budgets, and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the digital growth roadmap : Define and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid and organic digital channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, influencer performance, etc.).
- Drive customer acquisition and retention : Optimize the funnel to deliver strong ROI, reduce CAC, and improve LTV through data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
- Channel leadership : Manage and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, video, and affiliate networks with a focus on incremental conversions and ROAS.
- Analytics and insights : Build attribution models, lead cohort analysis, and leverage tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or similar to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with brand, product, and creative teams to align messaging and ensure a consistent customer journey across touchpoints.
- Team leadership : Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of growth marketers, analysts, and agency partners.
- Innovation & experimentation : Identify emerging platforms, growth hacks, and performance channels to unlock new user acquisition opportunities.
- Forecasting & reporting : Own marketing budgets and performance dashboards, ensuring transparent reporting to leadership on ROI, key growth metrics, and marketing 10-14 years of experience in performance and digital marketing, with at least 3+ years leading the function for a D2C or digital-first consumer brand.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable growth (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention).
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital funnels, attribution, and cohort-based analysis.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, automation, and martech tools.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
