We are looking for a passionate and empathetic School Counselor to join our Faridabad campus and help families make informed decisions about their child’s education.

Key Responsibilities

Handle telephonic and in-person inquiries, explaining school programs and admission processes.

Maintain and update student data across ERP, UDISE, and internal systems.

Make outbound calls to generate leads, walk-ins, and admissions.

Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate communication records.

Support school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for effective lead management and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate / Postgraduate (Education background preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service preferred.
