How will you make an impact in this role

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdue with accounts that have a high exposure.

Minimum Qualification:

• Academic Background: Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional Skills/Capabilities: Proven track record for servicing and driving OSAT scores
• 
  Technical Skills/Capabilities: Should possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills.
• 
  Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
