Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client requirements, presenting proposals or solutions, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of services.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
Experience in preparing and delivering impactful Presentations
Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on satisfaction and responsiveness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the healthcare or communication industry is a plus
