About the Role :
We are a Canadian immigration law firm expanding our global client base, and we are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer based in India. This is a fully remote position where you will engage with potential clients, manage leads, and support our growth through strategic outreach and digital marketing. You will also work closely with our legal and administrative teams to facilitate client onboarding and strengthen our market presence.
What Youโll Do :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into retained clients.
- Use CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Strategize and execute business development initiatives to increase sales and conversions.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across , Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and share engaging content to enhance visibility, credibility, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the legal and admin teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports on sales, leads, and marketing performance for management.
What Weโre Looking For :
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (Candidates without relevant education may be considered if they have fair experience)1โ3 years of PQE in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience with North American companies preferred).Experience with social media marketing (, Facebook, Instagram).Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.Familiarity with Google ads, CRM tools and digital marketing analytics.Availability to work during North American business hours .Why Join Us :
