Job descriptionLead and facilitate hands-on learning, innovation, and experimentation within the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL). Conduct engaging training sessions on STEM / STEAM domains such as Robotics, IoT, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, AR / VR , and DIY innovation projects. Design, develop, and deliver grade-wise, project-based learning modules aligned with NEP 2020 guidelines and NITI Aayog’s ATL framework . Guide students through end-to-end project development—from ideation to prototyping. Maintain and oversee ATL infrastructure, tools, equipment, technology kits, and digital inventory to ensure seamless lab operations. Collaborate with school teams, educators, and mentors to foster a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E or equivalent). Strong passion for STEM education, tinkering, and innovation-driven learning. Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom engagement skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for school-level learners. Proficiency in any of the following is an added advantage : Robotics platforms, microcontrollers (Arduino / Raspberry Pi), 3D design, coding, or AI tools.
