Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Description :

• Design, configure, code Salesforce products and solutions.
• Engage with project PM, Solution architect, BA and customers technical team to understand requirements and design the technical solution.
• Define the technical design and specifications of the solution by translating the functional design and business requirements.
• Configure and develop the solution and interfaces as per the design and established best practices.
• Configure and deploy standard and custom reports, dashboards and snapshots.
• Define the test plan, test cases and conduct testing of the configured solution.
• Manage the testing and deployment of the solution from development to test and production
• Support the development of enhancements and change requests
• Lead and manage a team for the design, development and support of module(s) / function(s)
• Co-ordinate with customers applications and IT teams for design, development, testing and deployment of configured solutions
• Support presales teams in technical response to RFPs, effort estimations and demo configurations
• Participate and support in design and development of pre-built solutions
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products / solutions
• Conduct technical workshops / sessions for internal teams to share knowledge internally
• Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and foster a collaborative and a growth-oriented development environment.
