Designed in collaboration with top architects and designers, each property blends creativity, nature, and luxury in its own unique way.

We’re now looking for a passionate Interior Design Intern to help restore, renovate, and reimagine our boutique properties. If you live and breathe design, love to travel, and want to see your ideas come alive, this role is for you.

Location : Hauz Khas, New Delhi (Head Office)

Duration : 3 months internship (Conversion to full time employee if performance is good during internship)

Stipend : ₹15,000-20,000 / month

Travel : Required for project execution (travel, food & stay covered by Seclude)

What You’ll Do-

  • Conceptualize and style interiors & exteriors for boutique villas across locations like Himachal, Uttarakhand, Kerala etc.
  • Design layouts, plan execution, and ensure every detail reflects the signature Seclude vibe.
  • Experiment with styles, materials, and concepts to keep our spaces fresh and trend forward.
  • Scout new properties for potential acquisitions and suggest creative design directions.
  • Revamp existing properties, blending warmth, comfort, and luxury in every corner.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and vendors; oversee procurement and on-site execution.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Prior internship / academic project experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, design software, and MS Office.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to tell stories through spaces.
  • Project management skills — from idea to implementation — with sharp attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work hands-on in diverse locations across India.
