Junior Creative Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This position is ideal for a designer with 1-3 years of experience, passionate about creating compelling visuals across digital and print mediums. You will work closely with senior designers and other departments to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring high-quality designs that align with our client's vision and brand standards.

Job Requirements :

• Experience : 4-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the digital marketing space.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI-powered design and content tools such as Canva, Freepik, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other emerging image and video generation platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Familiarity with designing for social media platforms, emailers, and online banners.
• Ability to adapt designs to suit brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Abilities :
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box for digital campaigns.
