Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI / ML, data science, and software engineering, with experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Model Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.
• Data Processing : Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Model Training & Optimization : Train, test, and tune models to achieve high accuracy and performance. Optimize models for efficiency and scalability.
• Deployment : Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest AI / ML research and techniques. Apply innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and systems to ensure maintainability and reproducibility.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns within the team.
