Essential Functions
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IS Applications including design, build, test, and maintenance .Assist with system troubleshooting, implementations, and software updates .Participate in system testing and validation by assisting in the development and maintenance of testing protocols, and coordinate testing with end users when applicable.Coordinate departmental and interdepartmental tasks to support IS Applications.Work in a multidisciplinary environment to help maintain a stable and functional software application.Develop, follow, and maintain updated documentation on system support, while adhering to change management procedures .Participate in an on-call rotation schedule requiring immediate off-hours response.Summary
The IS Pharmacy Analyst is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and utilizing complex data to maintain stable operations and ensure ongoing improvement of IS Applications at Northern Light Health . These systems may include, but are not limited to, functionalities supporting clinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations .
This role operates in a multi-disciplinary environment , requiring excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities . The IS Pharmacy Analyst designs system components specifically related to pharmacy workflows , writes specifications, defines solutions, performs system builds, and creates system-level documentation .
